Student Assistance Program (SAP) for Middle School
Anyone wishing to refer a Fairfield Area Middle School student to the Student Assistance Program team can do so by completing the SAP Referral Form (click on link above), or by contacting the Counseling Office or a member of the SAP Team. The team will then gather information in order to determine how best to help the student overcome barriers to learning. This program is designed to provide in-school support for students who may be experiencing difficulty with: social issues, family issues, mental health issues, attendance issues, drug or alcohol issues, etc. Please contact the Middle School Counseling Office (717-642-2005), if you have any questions about the program.
