Dear Fairfield Families,

On October 29th, a representative from the Frederick Police Department will be hosting a presentation on internet safety for Fairfield Middle School students.  

The presentation will help our students to navigate the digital world by understanding the common risks such as maintaining online privacy, cyberbullying, online enticement, and inappropriate content such as “sexting” and “sextortion.”  Students will learn how to stay safe online while communicating with friends, gaming, completing assignments, and what to do if they encounter an unsafe situation online or using technology.
